Second State is led by Carl-Petter Udvang (CEO) and Marius Lundby (CTO) — two seniors with broad technical backgrounds and long track records in Norwegian business. Small enough to care, experienced enough for anything.
What does Second State do?
We're a Norwegian IT consultancy in Oslo delivering AI solutions, CRM/ERP platforms (including Odoo), system integrations, process design, UX and infrastructure — effectively operating as the client's own IT and development department.
Who are you for?
Best suited for small and medium-sized businesses with short decision paths that lack specialised IT or AI competence in-house — but we also deliver to larger organisations across Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
What does it cost?
Three models: fixed price/subscription, fixed-price projects, or time-based. Norwegian senior consultants only, without pre-studies and workshops that eat the budget.
Are you an Odoo consultancy?
Odoo is a speciality — we count ourselves among Norway's strongest Odoo teams. But we're platform-agnostic and always choose what solves the need best.
Can you integrate with old systems?
Yes. Including legacy systems without modern APIs. We plan and execute safe phase-outs when the time comes.
